## Description

The **scissor lift battery** for Genie GR/GS, JLG ES, Skyjack SJ, Manitou and Niftylift works in one of the harshest light-traction environments: lifting 200-450 kg payload several metres, many times per shift, with motor-controlled descent.
The standard bank is **24 V with four 6 V T-105 batteries** (flooded deep cycle) or the sealed AGM equivalent. 220-260 Ah per 6 V cell.

## How to choose the right scissor lift battery

The costliest mistake is fitting starter (SLI) batteries — they deliver CCA but cannot take daily deep cycles and sulphate within 3-6 months. The **6 V T-105 deep cycle cell** is the global standard in scissor lifts: 1,200 cycles at 50% DoD, intensive use, direct cross-reference between Trojan, Fullriver and MK.

No. On a 24 V series bank you must replace all four at once — the weakest cell drags the whole bank down.
