## Description

The **aerial work platform battery** for articulated or telescopic boom lifts (Genie Z/S, JLG E/M, Haulotte HA/Optimum, Manitou MAN'GO, Niftylift HR, Holland Lift) must drive a multi-metre boom with a loaded cage — demanding deep discharges all day and overnight recharge.
Global standard: **24 V or 48 V series bank with 6 V T-105 cells** (220-260 Ah each) or the sealed deep cycle AGM equivalent.

## How to choose the articulated lift battery

Articulated lifts are tougher than scissor lifts because the boom moves horizontally as well as vertically. A correctly sized **6 V T-105** delivers 6-8 hours continuous on-site and 1,200 cycles at 50% DoD. For indoor sites with emissions rules (warehouses, hospitals, factories), pick **sealed deep cycle AGM**: zero hydrogen emission, 4-5 year life with proper use.
