NOCO rates it as equivalent to a 19 Ah lead-acid battery and specifies it for more than 50,000 starts and over 2,000 charge cycles. Its dynamic BMS enables itself automatically and protects against over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, short circuit and extreme temperatures, with bi-directional cell balancing and no reset required. With a 12 V motorcycle charger delivering at most 10 % of its capacity: 0.7 A for its 7 Ah. High-current car chargers can damage it. If the bike is laid up for the winter, keep it on a maintenance charger. As it is lithium, use a charger with a lithium mode: lead-acid chargers can damage it. ### Does it need maintenance?
