Typical uses include **caravan/motorhome**, **marine service power**, **solar PV installations**, **UPS/backup power**, **mobility scooters and wheelchairs**, **industrial traction** and **golf buggies**. Three technologies dominate the range: **flooded deep-cycle lead-acid** (thick plates), **sealed AGM deep cycle** and premium **LiFePO4 lithium**, each suited to a different budget and duty cycle. ## How to choose the right cyclic battery Cyclic batteries are rated by **cycles at X% DoD** (Depth of Discharge). "1,200 cycles at 50% DoD" means 1,200 discharge-recharge cycles to 50% before capacity drops to 80% of rated. Lead-acid rule: never below 50%.
