  The home battery installation service in baterias.com works as follows:

  • At the bottom of the page you can see the batteries that are available for home installation. If you do not find the battery you are looking for, it is very likely that there is another equivalent battery suitable for the installation in your vehicle (if you have doubts, call us to our customer service and advise you). Once the appropriate battery has been selected, make the purchase and after entering the address, all the available services will appear. Select the battery installation service and finish the purchase.

  • After making the purchase, the system will facilitate the technician's phone to install, as well as a locator. Call the indicated phone with the locator that we have provided to arrange an appointment with the technician. The appointment depends on the technician's workload, but it is usually done within 1 to 4 hours

• Urgent battery deliveries

If your product was not suitable for urgent service, it is very likely that there is another product of similar characteristics available. If you have doubts, call us. Once the purchase has been made, after entering the address, the services you have available for your order will appear depending on your address and selected items. If the urgent delivery service is available, make the purchase with this service before 18:30 and you will receive your battery comfortably at home in the selected time slot: 09:00 to 14:00 for urgent service 14 hours and 16: 00 to 7:00 p.m. for the urgent service 19 hours. Note: no deliveries or holidays are made deliveries

• Batteries returns without additional cost

  Have you bought a battery thinking that it was adequate for your vehicle and finally it is not worth it? Have you acquired the battery for your vehicle and finally the failure is not for the battery but for another issue? Do not worry, in baterias.com the free battery return service is available

  This service is very simple, if you have bought a battery and it is not worth it, acquire the appropriate battery on our website and call us to send the new battery with collection of the old one. When we get the battery that initially bought we will pay the full amount of the battery.

  And if you want to simply return the battery, we also have that service without additional cost for you. Avisenos and we will send you to collect the battery. When the battery arrives we will pay the amount of its battery in the same payment form that made your order.
