Data processors, third-party services and licence plate search engine
In order to provide our services, KRONOTECH SOLUTIONS S.L. relies on providers acting as data processors, with which it has signed the corresponding agreements, within the following categories: hosting and technical infrastructure; web analytics, advertising and measurement tools; management of customer reviews and ratings; payment gateways; and transport and logistics companies for the delivery of orders.
Vehicle search by licence plate. When you use the search engine that identifies the compatible battery based on the licence plate, said licence plate may be provided in an anonymised form to specialised third-party providers with the sole purpose of obtaining the technical characteristics of the vehicle. The licence plate is used exclusively for technical purposes of vehicle identification and is not communicated in association with data that personally identifies you.
When any of these providers is located outside the European Economic Area, international transfers are carried out under the safeguards provided for in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission).
