Long CWP200-12N CWP Series · Solar battery 200Ah AGM

Solar battery Long CWP200-12N CWP Series 200Ah 12V

For off-grid photovoltaic installations and storage systems, the Long CWP200-12N from the CWP Series range stores 200 Ah with AGM technology through daily charge and discharge cycles. Its 522 × 238 × 224 mm make it the exact replacement for the 200 Ah battery fitted as standard to many off-grid PV systems.

• Low self-discharge during the darker months.
• AGM: faster recharging and better cycle resistance than a conventional battery.
• Compatible with common MPPT and PWM controllers.
• Maintenance-free in off-grid installations.

What the Long CWP200-12N is for

With 200 Ah, the Long CWP200-12N stores the energy from your panels for the night and cloudy days. Check that it matches your current battery in dimensions, terminals and hold-down: this reference has a weight of 75 kg.

Will it fit your current battery tray?

It has external dimensions of 522 × 238 × 224 mm and weighs 75 kg. Checking the three dimensions and the terminal position before buying avoids the most common mistake when replacing a battery.

The Long CWP200-12N: CWP Series range and AGM technology

The CWP Series is the Long range the CWP200-12N belongs to: it shares the same construction and quality criteria with the rest of the series, and varies in capacity and format to suit each vehicle.

In an AGM battery the electrolyte is absorbed in glass-fibre separators: there is no free liquid, it cannot spill and it can be mounted at an angle. That construction lowers internal resistance, speeds up recharging and multiplies cycle life compared with a conventional battery.

Long: the maker behind the CWP200-12N

Long batteries combine large-scale production with ISO quality standards and a batch-to-batch consistency that has made them the de-facto standard in backup systems and electric mobility. We guarantee that every Long arrives new, charged and with the manufacturer's full warranty.

Manufacturer's warranty

The Long CWP200-12N comes with the manufacturer's official warranty against manufacturing defects. If it fails through a defect within the warranty period, we replace it at no cost to you.

How to make it last longer

Size the installation so as not to discharge the battery more than 50% daily and set the controller to the battery technology. In the darker months, check the voltage periodically and avoid full discharges.
