Long WPS12-12T · Stationary UPS battery 12V 12Ah AGM

Stationary battery Long WPS12-12T WPS Series 12Ah 12V

The Long WPS12-12T with AGM technology is a 12 Ah, 12 V backup battery for UPS, alarms, telecoms and emergency lighting. Its 151 × 98 × 104 mm make it the exact replacement for the 12 Ah battery fitted as standard to many UPS, alarm and emergency systems.

• Instant response to mains failures.
• AGM: faster recharging and better cycle resistance than a conventional battery.
• Standard format for UPS and emergency systems.
• Low self-discharge and high reliability.

What the Long WPS12-12T is for

With 12 Ah, the Long WPS12-12T gives your UPS or emergency system the autonomy it needs. Replace all the batteries in the set at once. Check that it matches your current battery in dimensions, terminals and hold-down: this reference has a weight of 3.68 kg.

The Long WPS12-12T: WPS Series range and AGM technology

The WPS Series is the Long range the WPS12-12T belongs to: it shares the same construction and quality criteria with the rest of the series, and varies in capacity and format to suit each vehicle.

In an AGM battery the electrolyte is absorbed in glass-fibre separators: there is no free liquid, it cannot spill and it can be mounted at an angle. That construction lowers internal resistance, speeds up recharging and multiplies cycle life compared with a conventional battery.

Will it fit your current battery tray?

In terms of format, the Long WPS12-12T measures 151 × 98 × 104 mm (length × width × height) and weighs 3.68 kg. Before replacing it, measure your current battery tray: if all three dimensions and the terminal positions match, the swap is direct and needs no adapters.

Usage and maintenance tips

Charge with a charger that has an AGM mode: it limits the voltage and protects the glass-fibre separators. Replace all the batteries in the set at once and avoid environments continuously above 25 °C.
