In a GEL battery the electrolyte is gelled with silica: it is fully sealed, cannot spill and tolerates deep discharge very well. It is the preferred technology in electric mobility, marine service and heavy-cycling applications.

Care and maintenance

GEL batteries need lower charging voltages: always use a charger with a GEL mode so as not to damage the electrolyte. Avoid repeated cranking attempts on a cold bike for long: if it does not start on the third try, let the battery rest for a minute.

Official warranty

The Fulbat 53030 comes with the manufacturer's official warranty. The warranty does not cover discharge through prolonged inactivity: if the bike stands for months, use a trickle charger.

Delivery in mainland Spain and Portugal takes 24-48 working hours; for the Balearic Islands and the rest of the European Union allow 3 to 5 working days.
