Long WPL28-12TN WPL Series · Stationary UPS battery 28Ah AGM

Stationary battery Long WPL28-12TN WPL Series 28Ah 12V

The 12 V, 28 Ah Long WPL28-12TN stationary battery from the WPL Series range with AGM technology is designed for UPS, alarms, telecoms and emergency lighting. It replaces the original battery without adaptation in UPS, alarm and emergency systems with a 166 × 125 × 176 mm format: same 28 Ah capacity.

• AGM technology: absorbed electrolyte, no spills, can be mounted at an angle.
• Long float life under permanent charge.
• Sealed and gas-free: suitable for cabinets and offices.
• Maintenance-free for its whole service life.

Dimensions, polarity and mounting

It has external dimensions of 166 × 125 × 176 mm and weighs 9.18 kg. Before replacing it, measure your current battery tray: if all three dimensions and the terminal positions match, the swap is direct and needs no adapters.

What the Long WPL28-12TN is for

With 28 Ah, the Long WPL28-12TN gives your UPS or emergency system the autonomy it needs. Replace all the batteries in the set at once. Check that it matches your current battery in dimensions, terminals and hold-down: this reference has a weight of 9.18 kg.

The Long WPL28-12TN: WPL Series range and AGM technology

The WPL Series is the Long range the WPL28-12TN belongs to: it shares the same construction and quality criteria with the rest of the series, and varies in capacity and format to suit each vehicle.

In an AGM battery the electrolyte is absorbed in glass-fibre separators: there is no free liquid, it cannot spill and it can be mounted at an angle. That construction lowers internal resistance, speeds up recharging and multiplies cycle life compared with a conventional battery.

What Long does differently

Long batteries combine large-scale production with ISO quality standards and a batch-to-batch consistency that has made them the de-facto standard in backup systems and electric mobility. At baterias.com we work directly with the manufacturer or its official distributor: real stock, brand-new product and official warranty.

Warranty and coverage

The Long WPL28-12TN comes with the manufacturer's official warranty against manufacturing defects. If it fails through a defect within the warranty period, we replace it at no cost to you.

Care and maintenance

Check the float voltage of the UPS or charger: a voltage that is too high shortens the life of a sealed battery. Replace all the batteries in the set at once and avoid environments continuously above 25 °C.
