Battery services available in Available Services

• Home battery installation service

  In baterias.com we have available the home battery installation service. Do not worry about anything, check that the home battery installation service is available in your area and contrast it. A qualified installer will approach where the vehicle is parked and will change the battery without you having to worry about anything. To hire the home installation service, first check that the home installation service is available in your area. To do this, look for the battery you need and check that it is available for installation in your postal code. If the battery you are looking for is not available, it is very possible that we have another equivalent battery for installation available, since the installers do not have all available batteries. For any questions, call us to our customer service and we will be happy to advise you. Once proven that the battery you need is available for home installation in your postal code, proceed to buy the product. After introducing the address, it will give you all the services you have available in your area, including the home battery installation service. Select it and make the purchase. After making the purchase, the installer phone will be provided, as well as a locator. Call that phone facilitating the locator that we have given and you can arrange an appointment with the technician. The appointment will depend on the availability of the installer but, in normal circumstances, an appointment will be provided between 1 and 4 hours after making the purchase. However, remember that for any questions, you can call us at our customer service

• Urgent battery deliveries

  In baterias.com we are aware of the importance of being able to have your vehicle, so we have an urgent battery delivery service available that guarantees the delivery of your battery in Peninsula (Spain and the Balearic Islands) the next day, as long as your Buy before 17:30. We have two battery delivery schedules available. A first range that we call 14 hours would deliver the battery from 09:00 to 14:00 and a second delivery range would be from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. When making the purchase of the products that are available for the urgent delivery service, the delivery schedules that are available in your area will appear. This service is available for hiring from Monday to Friday, delivering on Saturday the batteries that are bought on Friday before 17:30. Purchases made after 6:30 p.m. or on the weekend, will leave the first working day to deliver the next day

• Free returns

  Sometimes, it happens that you buy a battery and finally it does not work for your vehicle, either because it is not adequate, or because the failure was caused by an element of the vehicle other than the battery. In that case, do not worry, if you have not used or installed the battery, you can return it without additional cost. If you have been wrong, buy the appropriate and see us to be sent with collection of the old battery. Once we get to our facilities we will proceed to return the battery money. If, on the contrary, you no longer want the battery, also get in touch with us and send the battery to collect. Once we receive it we will proceed to return the amount paid by the battery. In both cases, we will request photographs of the battery on all sides in case you arrive with any breakage to claim the transport company.

• Installation of batteries in workshop

  If you need to install a battery economically and can take your vehicle to a workshop, this is your best option. If you are available in your area, select the installation service in workshop and provide you with a phone and a locator to make an appointment in the workshop closest to your home (usually less than 20km from your home). In the workshop they will install the battery quickly and professionally

• Picked up at the store

  Do you need to have the battery on the same day? If you have the service available in your area for the battery you are looking for, you can now choose the store collection service. The operation is very simple: after entering your address, if the service is available in your area for the batteries you have bought, the store collection option will appear, select said option and at the end of the purchase the collection address will appear. Go to that address with your purchase invoice or with the order number and you can comfortably collect your battery.
