Long WP1250 WP Series · Stationary UPS battery 2Ah AGM

Mobility battery Long WP1250 WP Series 2Ah 12V

The Long WP1250 with AGM technology delivers 2 Ah at 12 V with the cycle life that power wheelchairs, mobility scooters and light electric vehicles demand. It replaces the original battery without adaptation in power wheelchairs and mobility scooters with a 143 × 23 × 64 mm format: same 2 Ah capacity.

• AGM technology: absorbed electrolyte, no spills, can be mounted at an angle.
• Designed to be discharged and recharged daily without losing capacity.
• Thousands of useful cycles over its lifetime.
• Standard replacement format for wheelchairs and scooters.

What the Long WP1250 is for

With 2 Ah, the Long WP1250 offers the daily range that power wheelchairs, mobility scooters and light electric vehicles need, with a sealed construction that is safe indoors. Check that it matches your current battery in dimensions, terminals and hold-down: this reference has a weight of 0.65 kg.

Will it fit your current battery tray?

The Long WP1250 is made in the 143 × 23 × 64 mm format and weighs 0.65 kg. Before replacing it, measure your current battery tray: if all three dimensions and the terminal positions match, the swap is direct and needs no adapters.

Long: the maker behind the WP1250

Long (Kung Long Batteries) is one of the world's largest manufacturers of sealed VRLA batteries. Its AGM and GEL series for UPS, mobility, alarms and cycling are found in equipment worldwide as original equipment. All the Long batteries in our catalogue are genuine product, recently manufactured and covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

The Long WP1250: WP Series range and AGM technology

Within the Long catalogue, the WP Series series groups the references designed for this use. The WP1250 is the 2 Ah model of that family, with the same performance as its siblings in other sizes.

AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) technology seals the electrolyte in glass microfibre. The result is a maintenance-free battery that is highly vibration-resistant and able to withstand deep discharges that would ruin a classic lead-acid battery.

How to make it last longer

Recharge the wheelchair or scooter after each use and do not leave it discharged for days: lead sulphates and loses capacity. Charge with a charger that has an AGM mode: it limits the voltage and protects the glass-fibre separators.

Warranty and coverage

The Long WP1250 comes with the manufacturer's official warranty against manufacturing defects. If it fails through a defect within the warranty period, we replace it at no cost to you.
