Long WP2-12 WP Series · Stationary UPS battery 2Ah AGM

Mobility battery Long WP2-12 WP Series 2Ah 12V

The Long WP2-12 with AGM technology delivers 2 Ah at 12 V with the cycle life that power wheelchairs, mobility scooters and light electric vehicles demand. It replaces the original battery without adaptation in power wheelchairs and mobility scooters with a 150 × 20 × 90 mm format: same 2 Ah capacity.

• AGM technology: absorbed electrolyte, no spills, can be mounted at an angle.
• Designed to be discharged and recharged daily without losing capacity.
• Thousands of useful cycles over its lifetime.
• Standard replacement format for wheelchairs and scooters.

What the Long WP2-12 is for

With 2 Ah, the Long WP2-12 offers the daily range that power wheelchairs, mobility scooters and light electric vehicles need, with a sealed construction that is safe indoors. Check that it matches your current battery in dimensions, terminals and hold-down: this reference has a weight of 0.73 kg.

Will it fit your current battery tray?

The Long WP2-12 is made in the 150 × 20 × 90 mm format and weighs 0.73 kg. Before replacing it, measure your current battery tray: if all three dimensions and the terminal positions match, the swap is direct and needs no adapters.

The Long WP2-12: WP Series range and AGM technology

The WP2-12 is part of the Long WP Series range. Choosing the right reference within the series comes down to capacity, dimensions and terminals: technology and quality are common to the whole family.

AGM means the acid is held in a glass mat instead of floating free. That is why the battery can be installed in the cabin without gases, survives more cycles and recovers its charge quickly.

What Long does differently

Long batteries combine large-scale production with ISO quality standards and a batch-to-batch consistency that has made them the de-facto standard in backup systems and electric mobility. Care and maintenance

Charge with a charger that has an AGM mode: it limits the voltage and protects the glass-fibre separators. Recharge the wheelchair or scooter after each use and do not leave it discharged for days: lead sulphates and loses capacity.
